The 6V 27W Nickel Cadmium Emergency Light is available with a UV stable UL 924 V-0 flame retardant thermoplastic housing or a heavy- duty die formed 20 gauge steel housing in both white or black finish. Both thermoplastic and steel enclosures are highly resistant to denting, peeling, scratching and corrosion. Junction box mounting pattern and key hole slots are provided for simple installation.

Internal Specifications

Units are supplied with (2) 9 watt wedge based tungsten lamps. Alternate lamp heads are available upon request. Both lead acid and NiCad batteries are maintenance-free and are available. This unit will provide a minimum of 90 minutes of battery backup powered emergency illumination at full light output.

Electrical Specifications

120/277v AC dual-voltage operation is standard. Other voltages available upon request such as 220v and 240v. The 6V 27W Nickel Cadmium Emergency Light utilizes a maintenance-free NiCad battery and features short circuit, voltage surge, brown-out and low battery voltage disconnect protection.
