Types of Wet Location Emergency Lights

There are a variety of different types of wet location emergency lights, each designed for a different application. Base models feature two MR16 lamps with a clear polycarbonate lens that encloses the unit. The seams of the wet location emergency light are gasketed to prevent any moisture from entering the unit.

Heavy Duty Wet Location Emergency Lights are NEMA 4X rated and can be ordered with a battery heater for freezing locations.

Heavy duty, industrial models feature higher voltage and wattage options for the battery backup system. For most applications, a standard wet location emergency light will provide ample egress illumination. Industrial wet location emergency lights can be outfitted with an internal battery heater for freezing temperature environments.

All wet location emergency lights are UL 924 Listed, meaning they are fire and building code compliant for all states and cities throughout the United States. 120 or 277v AC electricity is required to operate all the weatherproof emergency lighting fixtures that we offer.

Wet Location emergency lights are waterproof, they can be used both indoors and outdoors. Halogen lamps produce brilliant illumination that lasts for at least 90 minutes.
