The Swivel Series features a flexible panel that expands the mounting capabilities and overall versatility for the exit sign. Since the panel can be swiveled up to 180 degrees, it allows this surface mounting exit sign to be top, side or back mounted. It can even be mounted on a slanted ceiling surface.

The edge of the panel and the letters EXIT glow in an attractive hue of red or green. The LED light strip that illuminates the panel is enclosed in the brushed aluminum housing

The housing for this Edge Lit exit sign is constructed from brushed aluminum features a black mounting plate. The panel is constructed from a clear acrylic that features a screen printed version of the word EXIT in either red or green.

Internal Specifications

The Edge Lit exit sign housing contains the LED light strip, transformer, and circuit board as well as the Nickel Cadmium exit sign battery backup system.

Electrical Specifications

20/277v AC dual-voltage operation is standard. AC lockout prevents battery pack discharge. Low voltage battery disconnect protects the battery pack form being damaged by long discharge periods.

All Edge Lit exit signs are UL924 Listed for the U.S. and Canada, CS860, NFPA, Life Safety 101, UL Listed for Damp Locations.

Lifespan

The lifespan of LED Edge Lit exit signs is 8-10 years. The battery backup system will ne a replacement exit sign battery in 5-7 years.

This Edge Lit LED exit sign is suitable for surface (wall and ceiling) installation. This model is suitable for indoor and damp location installations on normally inflammable surfaces. Use two of three provided wires to connect the unit to AC power. Use the black(120v) and white(Common) wires for 120v AC connections and the red(277v) and white(Common) wires for 277v AC connections.
