The RMR-16-WP-PLED Wet-Location Semi-Recessed LED MR-16 Emergency Unit mounts flush to the wall and provides high-output egress lighting for wet locations, wash-down environments, or corrosive atmospheres. Dual 7 W LED MR-16 heads achieve up to 76 ft center-to-center spacing on a 3 ft path. The fixture includes universal 120/277 VAC input, a 6 V sealed lead-acid battery with 90-minute backup, and a fully gasketed polycarbonate lens for IP-rated protection.

Illumination

• Two semi-recessed 7 W LED MR-16 lamp heads with high-efficiency optics
• Delivers 76 ft spacing on a 3 ft egress path at 7 ½ ft mounting height

• Universal 120/277 VAC input with charge-status LED & push-to-test switch
• 6 V maintenance-free sealed lead-acid battery; LVD prevents deep discharge

Is the RMR-16-WP-PLED suitable for outdoor installation?

Yes. This unit is UL 924 listed for wet locations and features a fully gasketed enclosure that resists water, dust, and corrosion.

What is the emergency runtime on battery backup?

The 6 V sealed lead-acid battery provides at least 90 minutes of illumination in accordance with UL 924 and NFPA 101 standards.

Does this fixture include remote capacity?

The standard model does not include remote capacity. However, customized variants with remote-capable output may be available—contact us for details.

Is it cold-weather rated?

Yes, the optional CW configuration includes an internal heater and battery blanket for operation down to –25 °C.

Can this be installed in ceilings?
