The Salida Edge Lit Exit Sign is a designer grade LED exit sign that features "SALIDA" instead of "EXIT". This Edge Lit exit sign is available in a variety of color combinations for the letter color and background color on the panel. Red, green, and white LEDs can be used to ililluminate this elegant sign. Designed for an upscale resort project in Venezuela, the Salida Edge Lit Exit Sign has become popular in a number of Central and South American countries. The sign consumes less than 5-watts of electricity and can be configured to operate on different voltages including 120, 230, 240, and 277 volt AC, 50 or 60hz.

Salida Edge Lit Exit Signs can be surface or recessed mounted. Surface mount exit signs come with a mounting bracket that allows the sign to be mounted by the top or side, flag style. The panel features "SALIDA" and can be ordered as single or double sided. The sign is designed to meet UL 924 specifications. The battery backup model comes with a NiCad exit sign battery that provides 90 minutes of emergency power. The housing can be ordered in an aluminum, white, or black finish.

This model is suitable for indoor and damp location installations on normally inflammable surfaces. Use two of three provided wires to connect the unit to AC power. Use the black(120v) and white(Common) wires for 120v AC connections and the red(277v) and white(Common) wires for 277v AC connections.
