Compliance is guaranteed; all EDGE-NY Series exit signs are UL 924 Listed and approved by the New York City Building Department. Surface mounting models such as this one are "universal", they are suitable for top (ceiling) or back/end (wall) mounting applications. This model features a 90-minute battery backup system for emergency operation during power outages. A push button allows for easy testing of the battery backup unit.
The sign can be ordered to be single or double-sided. Double-sided models feature a mirrored insert which gives creates an optical illusion of a clear panel. Operates using 120 or 277v AC power. Damp location rated.

This Edge Lit LED exit sign is suitable for surface (wall and ceiling) installation. This model is suitable for indoor and damp location installations on normally inflammable surfaces. Use two of three provided wires to connect the unit to AC power. Use the black(120v) and white(Common) wires for 120v AC connections and the red(277v) and white(Common) wires for 277v AC connections.
